One wonders if this failure just occurred recently, or perhaps at some time in the past.

Mark Forkner, Boeing’s former chief technical pilot for the 737, said in 2016 to a colleague, Patrik Gustavsson, referring to the simulator, according to the transcript. “Granted, I suck at flying, but even this was egregious.”

Right, I read that in the article.

Funny how the MCAS works perfectly on the KC46.

Intentional obsolescence works well in manufacturing to make more money.

But maybe you don’t want to plan for airplanes to stop working.
