The whole backstory is interesting. Keep in mine CO is a red state.
Evidently every POTUS is in this gallery, and when we elect a new one there will be a private subscription drive to commission a portrait of the new Chief.
For some reason, no efforts have been made as yet to commission a portrait of DJT. And the Putin portrait just showed up overnight and nobody as yet has taken credit.

Typically for this hall, when are the POTUS pics normally installed, after the terms or during the terms when they get the funds raised? I guess iām asking is DJT not being funded yet at this stage, unusual?
