That was actually a game-within-the-game of Duke Nukem 3D, and you could actually sort of play it.
It had a picture of Duke himself on it, and If you clicked on the “machine” it would light up, make pinball noises, and the POV player would say “I don’t have time to play with myself”.
I think they actually made a real-world pinball machine of it.
