This story ain’t telling me anything about the nature of these critical flaws, nor about why Boeing would bring an airplane with critical flaws to the FAA for certification. Is it being suggested that Boeing is too stupid to build an airworthy plane?

If ya need more, Boro, the New Yorker quotes the ST article but goes further. There’s a grand jury already operating in DC and at least one subpoena has been issued. DoJ is doing a criminal probe.

Personally I never worked for BCAC although I did work briefly for BCS in the mid-seventies. Not even proud of THAT, right now.
