No, and it’s not orange. Very pale yellow, usually, fine powder. Never saw it in liquid form although I believe it was also dispersed thataway.
On reflection, I shoulda just left this alone. AO is a sore point with me though.
I got a friend who is, also. And she was a kid in Canada at the time.

I wasn’t joking. The US was testing something near the base where she grew up in the early 60s and she and others from there have what they call “industrial allergies”.
