Good point. He’s a lousy businessman. Only smart thing he ever did was buy real estate in Manhattan.
Tens of millions of Americans have purchased real estate. It doesn’t take a rocket surgeon to do it. You just need resources.
His advantage was inheriting his dad’s ill gotten money.
