Nope.
Oliver Clotheshoffe is a Linux guy, loves open source stuff, has mentioned it as probably better than the FF browser that often comes with Linux installs.

Well this is slick, you can customize your search settings. Since there’s no separate search bar in Brave, but you can just set up your own search sites with a keyword and replace the search string with %s
For instance I want to search for ‘Clotheshoffe’ at CBT I just go to the address bar and type:
:cbt Clotheshoffe
