Words that mean similar things crammed together?

I encountered a dumb Trump supporter. She believes
that T was totally justified in killing a certain general of
Iran, get this, because Iran attacked our embassy in Iraq.

So, not only dumb, but has issues with keeping track of
what happened first.

Idiocracy.
