Jeffry Bezos made 70 Billion dollars from the beginning of the virus till now; maybe 75 Billion by now.
And yet, when he started Amazon – and over time when he enlarged its scope – it’s not likely he even envisioned the pandemic to come.
That’s disgusting.
I don’t have an issue with him personally. I am troubled by the way this virus has distorted society, destroying restaurants while benefiting Big Biz. Politicians don’t care, it’s easier to get bought by big biz.
No question that the one percenters wasted no time monetizing the pandemic, with of course a few crumbs tossed to the pols.
