From fresh dungeness crab… They were really good, my friend caught a bunch and gave us some.

I’m very partial to crab cakes, about the only crab I eat. I prefer the Maryland style recipe, with a bit of cream sauce tinged with sherry. Damn, could eat a trainload of that.

Despite it’s deliciousness, Crab is very rich.
