In another story on “Texas doesn’t give a shit, it takes what it wants”, a major electric company, Griddy, sets prices on demand, rising in some cases from a standard 5 cents/kWh to $9/kWh. People used to$150/mo bills are finding they owe up to $3k already this month.
Griddy (likely a misspelling of Greedy) is counseling it’s customers to switch providers is they don’t like it.
Texas is the worse state in Texas.
