New Orleans Spicy Shrimp

There is no universal recipe, and I live way the hell up-river from there. Fair warning. This quantity is a great appetizer for four or six, especially after a couple of cocktails.

I don’t use fake smoke or hot sauce. I do use sweet vermouth and more chili sauce than this person uses. Yuo can use peeled shrimp or unpeeled… but peeling a greasy hot shrimp is a bit of a challenge so bibs and wet napkins are a must if ya go that way.
