So, you boil some mini potatoes for 7 or 8 minutes, cut them in half and fry the straight cut in butter till browned. OK, so what herbs do you put in and when do you put them in?
Oh my, I would add rosemary, garlic and salt. All a little bit before serving so you get the freshest flavor.
Thanks! I threw some small potatoes in water for a bit as I was in a rush. I ate half, they were good. I then saw a picture with some cut in half being fried. They looked good so I tried it but all I knew was butter, salt and pepper. LOL
That probably wasn’t too bad, LR. Some garlic would also be easy to add.
