It’s pretty rough in CT as well, temps will range between 78 to 82. It’s only partly sunny with thunderstorms in the area; I think that I better use the propane grill that’s on the covered porch to grill the steaks rather than the charcoal grill on the lawn. It’s a real dilemma.
I recommend the propane, but here’s a lagniappe, make a thing roux out of the soot from the charcoal grill and dredge your steaks in that pre grilling.
