Swiss Chard

Row of swiss chard I plant alongside the house every year, no fertilizer or anything, just watered it a little for awhile, haven’t watered it for over a month now. Too bad the shit doesn’t taste better!

like most leaves of this type, I would guess that a saute with garlic and red pepper flakes is a good start.

If you cook it in a little coconut oil it slides out of the pan into the trash much easier.

Nothing that a little butter can’t improve. Try a back lit close up shot of the red one on a overcast day. Go for a design shot.:slightly_smiling_face:
