Actually this is one of the more impressive urban camping setups and always very tidy.
Reminds me of Brazil when I visited in the 70âs, Downtown Rio a glittering cosmopolitan city, with beautiful people all over the place stepping over the indians and peasants crashed out in doorways and sidewalks etc
Except here the rich people are mostly gone due to covid, no tourists and all of the office people are working from home.
The rich are sitting up there in the west hills and in the Condo towers, letting uber and instacart feed them
