After his suit was tossed against Hillary and others for claiming he was involved with Russian interference in 2016, many of the plaintiffs (incl Hillary) filed for sanctions and this was granted.

Also note: Trump has withdrawn his suit against NY AG Leticia James, which was to be seen before the same judge. :rofl: :chicken:

“Jointly and severally” means it doesn’t matter whether Trump or his attorney cough up the dough, as long as it’s paid in full. Easy prediction: the attorney will pay all of it since Trump is known for not ponying up.

Better for all of us if Fred had withdrawn when he had the chance.
