I’ve thought about RICO over the past year in certain other contexts.
Evidently federal prosecutors liked it for a while for use against “organized crime.” Their zeal seems to fade quickly when contemplating criminals who operate inside the government, though.
But I digress. Regarding Weinstein, the current inJustice Dept. is unlikely to take much note of him due to the parallels between his case and 45’s.
