Cars were flying 100 years ago
People can’t drive on streets and they’re clearly driving on a plane they can see and feel.
Flying cars will have to be driven by a computer, otherwise…HOLY FUCK!
Flying is easier then driving
You think that will be true with thousands upon thousands of flying cars in the air?
There won’t be that many. I assume if someone does produce these cars for people to buy, they will be very expensive, the drivers will still have to train as pilots and deal with air traffic controllers, etc.
Every technology is expensive at first.
I think it’s already sort of known that these cars will be flown by computers.
Private planes have never gotten as cheap as cars. I doubt this will be any different.
Hard to say. Cars are already parking themselves…the technology is there.
Just because they drive it around on the street for awhile doesn’t make it a “flying car”. It’s got wings, flaps and a rudder… which makes it a plane.

Exactly my point about needing a pilot’s license.
As many of you will recall I had the Authentic Supercar Lunch Box in grade School, so yeah I was kind of a big deal even back then.
