The 4th District will be very excited by GED Laureate Bobo’s theatrics.
You would figure she would WANT stiff competition from her opponent.
Perhaps the 4th Districts Voters prefer to feel they’re hands on in civic affairs.
If Bobo were to win in the new district, it would be a master stroke.
