and the cold winds are roaring, stripping the rest of the leaves off the trees, I’m about ready to go put the storm windows down.
I picked two plastic grocery sacks of peppers yesterday.
That’s pretty much it for the garden this year.
Good season! Those peppers seem to be able to withstand a lot.
We’re planting our winter garden on Sunday. Maybe I’ll post some cut outs in a few weeks.
I’ve had them under plastic for awhile now, it has gotten cold enough to have ice on the windows of the cars… it’s supposed to get down to 28 tonight and tomorrow, not sure if they’ll make it.
