Charmin Basic is definitely better than Pom, though Pom also beats Scotts. I don’t know what the hell happened to Scotts. Used to be pretty good then they went to single ply or something and it started to feel brittle, not soft like either the Pom or Charmin. I mean you don’t want your finger tearing through the tissue in the middle of a wipe so you need a tissue that is soft yet manly. The Charmin wins hands down.
