This is a growing technique called “mainlining” & “manifolding”, Its a combination of several high-stress and low-stress training techniques to create multiple equal sized colas. This results in the plant growing more horizontally, compared to vertically.
I used to do this when I grew but not quite so extreme… Plus cool if you have like a couple plants but if you have 50 plants tying it all up in bondage like that isn’t really feasible. I mostly used to bend the plant and tape one of the top leaves to the side of the cup/container then keep topping it and get a bunch of tops going… you’re just wanting it to bush out… doesn’t have to be bondage art. lol
