Trump’s NY fraud trial will be decided by a judge, the same that recently called his activities fraud.
Seems Trump’s legal team neglected to properly fill out the form requesting a jury trial.

Another of his lead lawyers isn’t even eligible to practice in that particular arena.
Trump’s lawyer today argued that because Immunity, he could have shot someone on 5th avenue, and could not be prosecuted unless he was impeached first. Oh and also impeachment and then prosecution would be double jeopardy, so effectively no prosecution.
After the testimony today Trump said and I quote, “And I feel that as a president, you have to have immunity.”
