Yeah it’s the place above. I don’t have that much saved up but I do have a nice little chunk going which I’m sure helped me get in here. 
My job seems pretty secure, projects are piling up fast…

I kinda want to just throw all my furniture from this place in a pile and burn it but I don’t wanna have nothing either.
You get the washer/dryer then? That’s a nice bonus.

Keep what you have, and then start scouring the 2nd hand stores etc, one piece at a time to create your own space, is my 2 cents, craigslist occasionally has nice stuff too. and don’t write off the goodwills or or charitable type places occasional ‘treasures’ end up there.
yes, haven’t had my own washer and dryer in like 3 years… fuck

I was reading how Amazon sells their items that are returned at cheaper prices, Amazon warehouse.
There’s also FB marketplace, just be careful, lots of scammers just like everywhere else.
Little bit at a time, you’ll have the place you’ll love.
