My first foray into homemade keto snackage

For my zoom-party this evening (snacks are involved) I took my first attempt at keto snacks: tortilla chips. Almond flour, flaxseed meal, and mozarella for the fat component, plus a little chili, onion and garlic powders for mexican-ish flavor. About 4 carbs per serving tho who eats just one serving of these. I baked 2 trays. Will be unit-testing with guac, salsa, and hummus once they cool.


Looks good, this local hummus I’ve been getting is the bomb…

I friggin love hummus, especially the housemade stuff…

o, forgot… they came out good, went well with the guac and the hummus (dipped separately, come on now)… but since they are mostly cheese, they were rich enough that I couldn’t eat too many of them before my mouth said wow, those are rich
