We already have Discovery Bay, up in the delta, dunno what’s newsworthy about this. But it’s a nice life if you can afford it. I’m not a boater, but I’d save up for a jet ski if i livd there.
I clicked in and saw it was Bethel Island, which has a decent golf course. I’m not a golfer, neither.
