When we reached her for comment, Rosealma said that she never threw an explosive, and that this rumor was invented by the alt-right to justify Damigo’s actions. Rosealma also told us that the only time she held a bottle during the event was when she was cleaning up trash, and that the images of her with a bottle (both the Reuters photograph and the stills from the video) had been doctored.
The only places I’ve found talk about these bombs she supposed to be throwing, M80’s are a very strong “Firework” and inside of a bottle I can’t believe no one was injured by bomb inside a bottle as reported. the glass would be like shrapnel.

It would have to be a wide mouth bottle to accommodate an M80, even if you can get such a thing in CA. The early M80s have been illegal to import for decades.
